Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Bendell Swim. We hope you love your new swimwear but if for some reason it’s not quite right for you, we offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange. We suggest you try your items on as soon as you receive them to ensure you can return them during the accepted returns period.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with all their tags attached.
· Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
- Bendell Swim does NOT cover the cost of return shipping. If you have any questions about what size you may be, please email our helpful staff at customerservice@bendellswim.com.au.
- For all swimwear you must try the garment on with underwear. The swimwear must be returned with the tags and protective hygiene strip in place, the item will not be accepted for a return or exchange if either of these things have been removed or altered, or if the item shows signs of wear. To maintain hygiene standards we are very strict with this rule, so please ensure you follow these requirements.
If you would like to return or exchange your purchase for a different size or style, please email customerservice@bendellswim.com.au to obtain the returns address. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Once you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Please note if there is any sign of wear, due to hygiene reasons, we will return the product back to you and a refund will not be given.
